Who We Are

What 7Mile means to me…. I came to 7Mile while I was in the midst of my mess. It is a place where i have always been shown the love of Christ. I have always felt welcomed, loved and accepted here. This congregation quickly became my family during a dark time when my own had turned their backs on me. Through that love, my healing began by heart being softened and my seeking a closer relationship with the Lord. This led me on a path to restoration with my family, my spouse and my children and revealed to me that the God we serves is a faithful Father and He will give us the desires of our heart. He doesn’t want us to do it on our own, but to humble ourselves, repent and invite Him into our lives to do the work that only He can do. 7Mile was the beginning of a path that gave me a life truly worth living and our Pastor, Red Alexander, always has an on time message from the Lord that speaks directly into your heart and the situations you are dealing with.

7Mile has meant so much to me and my family because it’s a place where we are always encouraged to grow in our faith. The pastors and teachers faithfully share the Word, which helps us to better understand Scripture and how to live it out in our daily lives. They truly care about our spiritual growth. Beyond that, the church feels like family. The people support and pray for one another and share life together in a way that just makes you fell loved and welcomed. Being a part of this ministry has given me a deep sense of belonging and connection to the Lord.
